Where are you located?

Sword Hills is located in Atlanta Georgia but we acquire and sell property all over the United States.

Why do you recommend that we the customer do our due diligence around researching the property if you are doing it also?

We do not know how our customers will use the land beforehand. We generally look for land that will cause the least amount of headaches for a wide variety of customers. As a result, our due diligence is different. If you as the customer will be using this land then you may want to drive around the area. See if you notice anything concerning. Talk with locals in the area. Remember, your research should be specific to your needs.
